What Are You Holding Onto?


Are you keeping space in your heart for someone that isn’t doing the same for you? 👀 It's human nature to fight for things that matter to us. We might long for something or someone from the past, wish that someone we love hadn't left us, or hold onto anger from the times that we were treated unfairly. But holding onto things and people that we can no longer have (and that no longer serve us) isn't good for us.


So let go. Make the conscious and uncomfortable decision to move forward. Learn from the people you’ve lost and embrace the people you have left.
