Embracing Intimacy - Weekend Intensive

A 2-session group therapy-inspired couples workshop designed to strengthen all dimensions of intimacy. This workshop will utilize a combination of psychoeducation, Gottman-informed tools, mindfulness, homework, and group processing in order to promote your relational growth. People in stable, satisfying, mutually rewarding relationships are better positioned to overcome life’s natural challenges and transitions. Intimacy is a biologically based need that is met through the combination of emotional openness and physical closeness with another person. Guided by Valerie Rojas, LMHC, and Tatiana Bryan, RMHCI & RYT-500, this workshop is an opportunity for couples to deepen closeness and understanding, resolve conflicts, and learn to communicate in ways that can heal.
