Truth

Angie Speller,  LMHC, NCC

Angie is the practice's north star — the one who holds the vision of what Limitless means and demonstrates it in every session, every keynote, every piece of content she puts into the world. With nearly two decades in practice and advanced training in the Gottman Method, EFT, IMAGO, and IFS, her voice is the most direct and challenging in the constellation. She tells the truth even when it's uncomfortable — especially then.

About

How Angie Works

Most people already know, on some level, what's not working. What they're missing isn't more insight — it's someone willing to say it out loud, without flinching, and stay in the room after they do. That's the job Angie takes seriously above all others.

The Authority Shift™
Executive Coaching

Executive leadership coaching and keynote work for organizations ready to stop performing their authority and start owning it.

Keynote & Speaking

Built by Others. Outgrown by You.

A keynote for organizations whose leaders are capable, accomplished, and quietly carrying more than their roles were designed to hold.

The inherited ceiling

Capable people rarely arrive at leadership with a blank slate. They arrive carrying a structure someone else built: a family's rules about worth, a culture's limits on who gets to lead, an institution's quiet definition of “executive presence.” This keynote names how that structure forms, how it surfaces in decisions, delegation, and the rooms a leader chooses to speak in, and what it looks like to examine it deliberately instead of performing around it.

Best for Leadership conferences, executive offsites, and employee resource group events

Performing vs. owning

There is a managed version of authority: tone rehearsed, doubt hidden, every room read for risk. And there is an owned one. This talk draws the line between them and examines what the managed version costs — the leader, and the team reading every signal.

Best for: Emerging leaders and senior leadership cohorts

Leading from your own values

High performers are rarely asked what it costs to be the reliable one. A clinician's look at burnout in capable people: how overfunctioning gets rewarded, and the questions worth asking before exhaustion starts making the decisions.
