So many of us spend time focusing on the external. The food we buy, friends we have, the job we work. With a focus on the external we lose sight of the things that really matter. We disconnect from ourselves; Our authentic selves, our true direction and purpose, and the cues our bodies give us to tell us when to course correct. These elements are all connected – and when the connection becomes lessened, things fall apart.
In this 90-minute class, we take time to honor the mind and body, a quiet connection that serves to bring everything around you into balance. We will explore where that connection was lost, and build ways to align and keep these pieces together; we find our bliss.
The mind/body connection is a crucial art to living in this world. Once we’ve strengthened this segment, problems become lessened, and challenges become conquerable – so why wait?
